Wanted to get a refund for shoes ordered online as they were falsely advertised as non leather, but found out after collection they were actually leather shoes. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew. Was advised to send them back at my cost and wait as they don't do refunds at store or alternatively sell them online as one of the store assistants at the till told me. Asked for a manager. I told her I was expecting refund as it was falsely advertised. not offering refunds is against the law . She was so rude and unprofessional. She was no help. She didn't even want to introduce herself to me. She said she was a store manager and didnt have to give me her name and walked away. Very agresive approach as well. I have never experienced anything like this. Wont buy again at SD.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible shop. Hardly any room to moveWaited 10 minutes to find an assistant to get the shoes i wanted. Having said that well stocked with a good range of goods. If you could get someone to answer your questions.

Refund not allowed. The woman at the till was impolite an unprofessional. Used to love the store before, but now I’m never gonna buy there anymore.

Don’t buy from this store because the girls working there are rude and impatient. Their policy is NO REFUNDS. You can’t get your money back even with receipt. How is that possible? It’s ridiculous. Their quality is poor

Been ringing for hours to check stock before coming in and no answer from the phones. Ridiculous.

Rubbish for women.Hardly any Gym gear for women.Both floors catered for MEN N KIDS ONLY.Tiny corner of thin tshirts or leggings on top floor..Total Waste of time climbing the.mountain of stairs..dont BOTHER.

On a Sunday it says it closes at 6 pm. It's 5:45 and they didn't let me in. I just wanted to buy sth fast.

One star due to the female manager who, alongside her haughty attitude and rude behavior, obviously has no understanding of what customer care means. Manager at a different branch was the complete opposite, issue sorted within minutes. Needless to say that branch has 5 stars.

The majority of staff seem uninterested to help and assist, there’s a lack of customer service skills as so they come off as rude and try to avoid customers. At the exception of Agna, she definitely went the extra mile to help me with a product and was extremely professional and attentive, clearly has experience in the business for that my overall experience was positive. There’s room for improvement

Absolutely useless rude staff. End the live chat when they feel like it. Didn't even get to explain about my late order. They can give next day delivery but have to wait 6+ days to collect in store. Last time il be shopping there. Complete clowns.
