I've used MrCH a few times now, always happy with the quality of the products and always arrive on time. I had some stuff I wanted to return and a damaged item. I dealt with a Lady called Rosie, who was so helpful and friendly, she arranged for my stuff to be collected, when I was getting other parts delivered. Rosie even called me back like she promised to see if the delivery driver had collected my returned items. I hope the next time I have any problems, Rosie answers the phone. We've had Mark and Kev do a great deal of work for us over the last 6 months with a full central heating system replacement (aligned to a new extension we had built). They are very professional and their work is super high quality. Talked us through all the options, help us to make key decisions, were really responsive when we needed them and the overall result is incredible...a lovely warm house with a great level of control. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, brilliant service.

Probably the best service I’ve ever used. Top job all round. I’ve heard people complain they can be a bit expensive- well you get what you pay for and these guys are fantastic
