Only one star as not able to comment without, word give no stars if possible. Order placed and nothing delivered. No communication or explanation. Was issued a refund thanks to PayPal. Avoid this seller....

Wish I’d looked at the reviews online first!I ordered three strips of photos for someone as part of a birthday present, a few days before his birthday I had an email saying I was getting a partial refund. Absolutely no explanation whatsoever, just ‘partial refund’. I tried multiple times to contact the company every way possible, couldn’t get through on the phone, left messages, emails, explaining it was urgent as at this point I had no idea if part of the order was being sent or what. I didn’t have time to order something else so I was hoping to rectify any potential issues. My efforts were wasted and I only later had an email from PayPal saying I’d been refunded. It still actually read ‘partial refund’ but I checked and the full amount was there, so you know, reading between the lines I assumed that this person was not going to get his gift at all. Thanks a lot Photo Printz! What an absolutely waste of space this ‘company’ is and I hope everyone else avoids them to save any disappointment!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the film strip for a wedding present, which I was very excited about and knew my friend would love it. Initially I paid £11.95 for fast delivery. On the day before it should have arrived, I emailed to make sure it would. I was then told they were short staffed and it would be 10 days... shocked I didn't receive an email telling me it would be late. 10days later, I emailed again and no reply. A few days later I was told it was posted 2nd class a day later than it should have arrived. 2 weeks later and still nothing. The company has refunded me in full, however I wanted the item, not the money! I was then told they were posting it again this time recorded. When I questioned where it was, no reply. For days, no replys. It was only when I threatened to leave a bad review and report them, I received a reply! Saying I have been sent a refund and a free item.... Still to this day (6 weeks after placing the original order!) nothing has been received! The phone number on their website is not recognised and i can see I am not the only customer who has had this issue... i'm not sure what they are doing, but clearly are not legit. Their customer service is appalling and I would avoid at all costs! I'm just regretful I didn't check the reviews online before placing an order with them.
