If I could give less than 1 star then I would. Definitely the worst place I have worked and I was there for 2 very long years. Absolutely no respect from bosses/ the owner. Only people that kept my job bearable in those 2 years were the supervisors. Very very bad place to work as you are expected to be a robot for all 10 hours of the day. In my first 2 months I was videoed working with the intention of making me uncomfortable. I got harassed almost every day for a year by an ex boss who couldn’t keep his eyes off me. I filed a complaint to HR about this and it did stop for a short period but he started doing it again after a while. This caused me a lot of discomfort and mental stress constantly having to look over my shoulder to see if he was still looking at me. After I gave in my notice I was disrespected by the owner as he made me feel worthless for the 2 years of work that I had done. You’re nothing but a number when you join. As I said, the only people that respect you are the supervisors (cable line) and don’t expect the bosses to greet you with the happy faces you see on the internet.

Very difficult & unfair place to work for. Even when performance figures are quickly met & great pride taken in doing so still taken into office & sacked off over a few minutes late through no fault of my own other than being human & not a programmed robot. Really harsh especially when great levels of effort where put in. Thanks for ruining my confidence guys, I’m sure my efforts will be appreciated more elsewhere
