I have known the services of K-interiors for many years now and have seen the beautiful finished results of numerous projects. I have both used the services of and provided soft furnishings to K-interiors. I not only consider Kay to be a highly creative designer, with a fantastic eye for colour but also extremely professional on all of her projects. I can see how choices are meticulously considered for each individual client to produce truly innovative and personal results. She has a vast product knowledge and a great knack of knowing the exact fabric or wallpaper that will work for her clients. She is always motivated and professional, nothing is missed on any of her projects.

Working with Kay is a dream. She is professional, fun AND loves working with colour and combining upcycled furniture into her designs which is both sustainable and totally bespoke for clients.

Kay has been a great help with a large redecorating project at my home which started last summer. She has always been readily contactable despite my home being in the Cardiff area, and provided valuable advice from the outset, given the complexities of coordinating various tradesmen including plasterers, carpenters, electricians and plumbers whilst maintaining my full time job. She was able to provide some useful contacts at the start of the project. Kay then really came into her own once most of the groundwork was done, with advice on colour and fabric choices for curtains, blinds, carpets and furniture. She was happy to visit shops with me to choose appropriate furnishings, and purchased numerous decorative items on my behalf towards the end of the project. All the items have been put together in a very stylish manner, and I am very pleased with the outcome. It has resulted in a very welcome transformation to my home!

I don't live local to Kay, but she has visited my house several times and shared her ideas for my hallway and my 14 year old daughter's bedroom from afar! And it worked. Our hallway looks great and my daughter is thrilled with the colour combinations of her room. Kay has great ideas for little additions to bring the rooms to life.

We wanted to hire an Interior Designer to really ensure that the outlay we were spending on a new kitchen would be long lasting. Kay is fantastic. You can see her creative eye working out all the details and we got so much value and ideas in just our first session, before she even sourced our flooring, paint colours and finishes! Her skill at interior design has given us with a show-stopping kitchen which always receives compliments, she helped us out of our comfort zone and saved us so much time and effort sourcing excellent finishings that we would never have found ourselves. We booked an Inspire session with Kay and found the whole experience excellent from start to finish. When Kay visited our home she gave us so many creative ideas about how we could use our space (inside and outside), how we could arrange our furniture and use colour - it opened our eyes and was truly inspirational! I recently worked with Kay for 6 months to cover her VA’s maternity leave. Kay is one of the world’s lovely people. I contacted Kay in August 2018 as we were being to start a full house renovation including two single storey extensions. We had no experience in this and our previous redecorating and colour matching had always ended up a little suspect! We needed helped with room layouts, storage solutions and wallpaper/ paint colours, flooring and furniture to make sure everything flowed together.I had never used an interior designer before but I am so so pleased I found Kay. She was warm, friendly and responsive- I could ask her any amount of rambling questions and she distilled it all into a sensible, creative solution. She listened to what we did and didn’t like but was also good at putting across a different opinion and challenging me, which is just what I needed. The mood boards she created were a great way of imagining how everything could work together and I felt free to say what worked and didn’t work for me so she could change it to something just right.Kay had great practical ideas in terms of what we needed for storage - having two young children there is always a lot of stuff around and it was key to me that we had plenty of storage in the finished project which we achieved. She also had lots of great little tweaks and finishing touches to suggest that would never have occurred to us and have made all the difference.Kay was aware of the budget we were working to and her charges were clear, fair and properly explained at the start. Having never used in interior designer before I was a little nervous about the cost at first but was reassured at the start and always felt in control of costs. We are so happy with our finished home and it wouldn’t have been possible without Kay.
