Affinity and Beyond Therapy

Right from the start I absolutely loved my sessions with Lorraine, she's very easy to talk to and has a lovely energy about her. She has taught me great techniques, these are now in my mind and in my gratitude journal she also suggested I start. I feel like I have had a lot of success with her help, I wasn't at the end of my tether, I'd done a lot of hard work on my mental health myself but saught out a therapist to help me with the parts I couldn't conquer alone...
