I was trying to sell my flat for 7 months and so decided to move over to Bridges. Not only were they full off energy and confidence that they would sell the flat, they found an investor buyer within a few weeks. Even better at the exact same time, my tenant gave notice (which was through another estate agents) and they took over the rental side at the same time as doing the sale, and managed to get me an extra £350 a month rental. These guys know what they are doing and I am super thankful - especially to James for getting the flat sale through to the end line!!!

The advice and encouragement I received when I was concerned about the state of the market was helpful and their knowledge and expertise made all the difference in identifying potential buyers. As someone who struggles with technology and found some of the processes challenging, I also appreciated the support offered. I've just bought my first home through Bridges, and the customer service has been fantastic. I viewed numerous houses with John Duffy, and it was a house he recommended which I ended up buying! He was able to be very flexible to my schedule with viewings, and was knowledgeable about the houses we saw.
