This place needs more competitive clothing range. Parking can be Dodgy as because of the railway station they may assume you've parked there and gone to travel. So make sure you keep receipts to prove you were there shopping specifically if it takes you near to six hours,As it can sometimes. if you take kids to Namco Amusements, cinema or restaurants time can fly so to be on the safe side its best to pay the £4 fee which will cover you until midnight that day.

Absolute shambles parking when the ice rink is there, wish I hadn’t bothered to be honest.I was sent to the overflow car park, which the attendant told me was closing early !!What’s the point if that I asked, oh well you can come and move your car later was the dumb reply.People actually drove off, I bet that’s making the retailers happy.AVOID

Loved visiting here for the 1st time in a lot of years. It was a beautiful day just right for browsing round the myriad of great shops. Especially loved the Gift Company Shop with so many beautiful items on sale, many at a discounted price. The ladies at the counter were friendly and very helpful. And also the M&S outlet was full of great clothing items at reduced prices. My friend and I had coffees and panninis in Costa Coffee before embarking on our trawl around the complex. Nice clean environment and toilet facilities. Will be back to pick up some Christmas presents very soon.

Beautiful Shops lots of High Street Brands. You get a lot of designer and fashion branded clothes shoes etc at very cheap prices. The atmosphere during Christmas is so nice. There is lot of parking space free, and a lot if nice restaurants to eat. !! Highly recommended!!

Excellent, well maintained retail village with a really great range of shops and recently some newly opened restaurants such as The Real Greek . Best of all is that you don't pay for parking, which is one of the reasons why the high streets in town centres are in such trouble.
