Fantastic institution! Work to get the best out of every student in a multitude of ways. They have compassion to all members of their community and support everyone. My daughter has come so far since starting and couldn't recommend anywhere more.

My daughter and I have trained with Alex & Callum since 2019 and love every second of it! If your after a school that doesn’t treat you as a number.. you’re at the right place! They are so considerate, caring and have your best interests at heart! Not only teaching martial arts but life skills too. Thanks for everything you do for us team Empower!

Empower Martial Arts School is a family where we can all train together. The staff are very friendly and have years of experience to ensure our training is first class but more importantly we are kept safe. The school is first class and there is no where else I can imagine training or recommend. The school offers more than kicking and punching. It teaches us how to focus, to be disciplined, show respect and be the best that we can be first time and every time inside the school and outside in our community. We are truly privileged to have such a beautiful school on our doorstep.Thank you to Alex, Callum, Jack, Morgan and all the staff that support us in our daily classes.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The team is so dedicated, engaging and fun. My son is 5 and absolutely loves it. Not sticking to a specific martial art means that they have the flexibility to bring to life different traits (teamwork, focus, strength, to name but a few). The kids get rewarded with a colourful stripe" for completing each week - not having to wait for months to get a new belt. Principles to live by. We will miss you guys and hope to see you when we are back in town for a visit."

Such a wonderful setup and team here at Empower. My young son's confidence and even behaviour has improved immensely in the past few months; regular praise and reward with stripes on their belt keeps them really focused and interested. It is a really welcoming environment for all with a comfortable lounge that parents/carers can watch from. I would recommend to anybody of any age, without hesitation

My whole family has enjoyed martial arts tuition from Alex, Callum, and the team for many years.The Empower Martial Arts instructor team provide far more than exercise and self-defence; with their guidance, you seem to become the best version of yourself -- somehow walking taller and able to work your way through the many challenges that life throws at you.The Empower Martial Arts team becomes a family -- a safe and inclusive place to all. It's also good fun, and I've made friends for life.My two sons are training for their black belt, but it’s the leadership, self-belief, self-confidence, kindness, discipline, and determination they’ve developed that will always make me thankful.It’s safe to say that I can highly recommend them.

I have trained with Alex and Callum for 5 years now and before that watched them help my daughter achieve her black belt and have a huge impact on her life. Their classes are safe, easy to understand and so much fun! The school itself is also full of positive people all willing to support each other. It's a great place to be.

What can I say? I cannot recommend Empower Martial Arts highly enough!My son has been training with Alex, Callum and the team for over 5 years now and is currently working towards his black belt.I can honestly say it has been one of the best things we have ever done for him.The team at Empower have helped him overcome confidence issues through excellent martial arts tuition and always modelling positive behaviour and attitudes. They have always taken time to ensure that he understands the training and given 1-1 support when needed. He has also been able to talk to the instructors about things like bullying. They have honestly had a huge, positive impact on his life.They care about every single member of their team and this has been extremely evident during the current Covid-19 situation, where they have found a way to stay connected with their members and keep everyone's spirits and well being up by delivering first class training via zoom classes!Winners find a way!

I have been training under the guidance of Empowers Instructors for many years, from even before they created Empower Martial Arts. I couldn’t think of better teachers to have and I fully recommend them to anyone as they look after all of the students needs. Not only are the Instructors great, but so are the students and we all try and help each other
