Great experience. Delivery and collection time given and adhered to. Quick set up and clear instructions emailed prior to hire. Gino also explained how to use and care for the tub when he delivered it. Area left clean and tidy after collection. Would highly recommend and would absolutely hire again from this company. I was recommended to this company after a friend found it on the web. I ordered a hot tub for my daughters birthday from when the communication starts to when it’s finished it’s top class, any little errors Eva is quick to get back to you. Set up and pack away but the guy is quick and easy. Really happy and would recommend.

Ordered the Lay Z Spa Hawaii Hydrojet (4-6pple) inflatable hot tub for my wifes birthday. Eva was great to deal with and fab service. Answered all my concerns and accommodated all requests. Set up time was about 1hour (including clear dome), heating time 24hours. We used it every day with no issues, great service and highly recommended, Thank you!

Super fast and very clear communications with Chris from the hire tub company. Gino the delivery man did an excellent job setting up and explaining. Their prices are the most competitive and coupled with an excellent service from the initial enquiry to the set up, the best company by far to hire from. Plus they gave us an extra day at no cost to us as they couldn't pick up on Sunday. The children had so much fun and it made for a superb idea to hire a tub over the school holidays. South East tubs fantastic.

Very good all round professional company. Communication excellent by text and email, dropped off and picked up within the 2hr slot given. Clear instructions on how to use and friendly guy that installs. Would defiantly use again. Good value and not over priced

Great hot tub and lovely, friendly service from the company, especially Jay, who delivered the tub.It was really easy, it was all set up for me and all the controls and cleaning etc was clearly explained.My girls had great fun in it for their birthday weekend. We would definitely hire again!

Couldn't have been more impressed with the service from Sputh East hot tubs. They were quick to answer all queries and kept me updated with texts re dropping off and picking up. The hot tub experience was great and all was carefully explained and extra filters and chlorine was left for us. Highly recommended
