Can not praise them enough both my husbands and my car were un drivable, and they worked so hard to get 1 back on the road the same day.110% for customer service, have used the garage a few times and been happy anyway but will defo only be using D&C

Went to this garage because my oil light kept coming on. Diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes!! Absolutely brilliant service, would 100% recommend and if I need anything doing again whilst in Plymouth I will definitely be using this garage.

I am writing this review on behalf of my brother in law who was the customer of this firm. He has used this firm a few times and belived the service was fine. That was until he specified that he wanted true VW parts and was told he would need to wait etc. This was acceptable. The part was fitted and failed on the motorway causing his wife and children to he stranded for 8 hours.The part, drain off pipes appeared worn and just didn't appear to be a new. Very strange when that was the point . When the firm was confronted they admitted to buying the parts from ebay. Honestly, they have deceived the trust and faith that customers put in their firm and therefore they can not be trusted to provide a safe and satisfactory service.I hope this 100% honest and fair review warns future member of the public.

I cannot describe how greatful I am to have found this service..I used to get ripped off,never any actual care and I couldn't trust any mechanic.These guys are so professional,always accomodating and most of all they get the job done !Couldn't recommend enough!!

Was sceptical about finding somewhere to get my car fixed in Plymouth as my uncle usually does it for me in the Midlands - but needed somewhere local. They did a great job sorting my car out and I definitely feel as though they are really trustworthy! I need to go back for a few more things but will definitely be using them here on out for future services and MOTs!

I was similarly sceptical about going to a local garage in Plymouth like Natalie as my dad back home is a mechanic and i always left any problems to him! However after breaking down late on a Sunday night and having to take the Monday off work, i rang these guys first thing in the morning and got my car there asap. Natalie is a close friend and highly recommended D&C after having trouble with her VW Golf. I was so pleased with everything, they looked at my car straight away and had it all done, fixed and ready to go within a few hours. He even fixed my snapped key case for me for free! Very friendly and quick service, will definitely be going back for for future MOT's and services!

Went to view a used car. No pressure sales, just very helpful and accommodating.Car seemed good value just not quite right for me.

Driving into Plymouth after a 300 mile trip, brakes started grinding. Was staying for 1 night in hotel just over the road. Wandered over to see if they could help me at 4.30 on a Friday evening! Needed new pads and discs.Couple of phone calls and they had all the parts. Front end stripped down Friday evening, put together with new parts first thing Saturday morning. Very reasonable price. Recommend them completely. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Well done and thanks!

Bought a car for £1000 less than about 7 months ago and credit where credit it due, they did make sure it passes its MOT before selling. But that’s where the credit stops. I am continuing to find things wrong with it that have been there from the start. They refused to negotiate on the price and I’ve since had to pay out to fix the breaks on the car, the door locks, the windows that never worked and finally the gearbox that became so stiff I couldn’t put it in gear which is going to cost a lot to fix. I wouldn’t recommend using this company to purchase a car since they hide problems rather than fix them just to sell the car. You will find problems start to emerge shortly after your purchase
