Somebody said during the building work we did, that you don't buy a kitchen from a company you buy it from a person, this was so true for Stuart from the Gillingham branch. From the first visit to site, he filled me with confidence that the kitchen was in safe hands.The ideas he proposed were excellent even though they went against what I said I didn't like in my original conversation - I tried it your way and it didn't look right, what do you think of this? The solution looks great and saved us a good thousand pounds, with not having to fit a fancy worksurface extractor and special hob. I was able to put my trust in his better judgement and years of experience; I even conceded on his way for the pantry, which has been very much the right decision.He has been there every step of the way answering panicked questions when I was faced with problems the unusually shaped extension threw up.The kitchen itself is excellent, I can't recommend this branch and Stuart enough.
