It took ages to get someone to serve me and my daughter. Asked several staff who were trained to say I will be with you.Waited for 15 minutes to then be asked have you been served?

Find shopping at JD sports so stressful !The trainer department you end up stood around looking for an assistant to serve you. Then you find someone who's stood nattering to another assistant, for at least 15 minutes. You manage to catch the eye of the sales assistant, then you wait another 10 minutes whilst they go looking for the shoe you want in the correct size. For them to come back and say sorry we don't have that size ! But I can order it for you.Or you want a piece of clothing that's hung 8 foot in the air. So you've got to hunt for another sales assistant.

The staff were helpful here but we had to wait ages for stock to get from the stock room to the shop floor so that I could try some trainers on. I was pleased that the girl serving me could take a card payment as long as I was happy to have an email receipt.

Went in to get some shoes the other day and staff ignored me as I tried to talk to them and get assistance. 2 staff were having a conversation and even after I said sorry could I ask a question?" They looked at me and then continued to finish their conversation before being very rude to me about my question. I was asking if they had my size in a particular shoe and said no what we have on display is the only sizes with an eyerole. The 2 staff were young however that doesn't excuse the rudeness. It was a boy and girl with blonde hair. Won't be returning"

Just been to the sale..items marked up wrong item marked up at £20 get to the till and told £35....pointed out most items marked up wrong...showed them some t-shirts both the same..1 marked up at £45 2nd one marked up at £30...manager did not want to know

Worse changing rooms I’ve ever seen …. Nowhere to hang your clothes…. Floor full of rubbish…. Filthy… in need of a good hoover …. walls dirty …. Unbelievable…. Who manages this store? …. Was frightened of putting my clothes anywhere for fear of the dirt they might pick up …come on JD ….. no need for it !…. How the hell it’s got 4 stars is a mystery
