Pendulum Massage Canary Wharf

Was feeling a little nervous as I suffer with anxiety but Pauline made me feel at ease right away. Was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time, it was so relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I received many 60-min sessions of deep tissue massage in a couple of different countries and I can fairly say that today’s session was a 7/10.Here are the pros:Pauline is nice and caring. She can communicate well and show her care. The music was lovely and the atmosphere was cozy despite the studio being small.Here are the cons and the 3 main points that weren’t appealing:- The massage didn’t cover my hands or feet. I think Pauline should specify the areas covered when you sign up for 60 minutes of deep tissue massage.- I did ask her to “give more love” to my lower back, legs, shoulders and neck, and I don’t believe my lower back is any better now. Not enough attention was paid to it I’m afraid. And the rest of my body was just touched, not fairly massaged. This whole bit wasn’t up to my expectations.- Her grip and technique wasn’t satisfactory to me or up to my standards. I can still feel my own lymph nodes clogged and tender -especially the ones behind my knees-.I know I received a good massage when I feel so light and energetic afterwards. Unfortunately, I felt none of that today.I really wished all the phenomenal reviews were truthful but guess I’ll be still on the look for a good masseuse in London.

Pauline has magical hands! This is the best massage I've ever had in my life. The whole experience was incredible, from picking my choice of oils in the start to aftercare advice in the end was amazing and so professional. I felt so well looked after and safe. I'll be coming to see Pauline every month for sure! X

This was most likely the best massage I have ever had. Pauline is a great listener and accommodates all of your needs. The deep tissue she did left me so relaxed it felt as if I had taken a long nap. Highly recommend!

I have a thorough experience with massage as a receiver, and I have to say that Pauline is one of the most intuitively connected to herself and the receiver's body I have met in my journey. A hard find in London, thank you to a friend recommendation, it will definitely become a regular practice for me while living here.

Putting this into words is difficult, as it is an experience that can only really be felt. The atmosphere, the music and the massage of course! Pauline is caring and lovely, I feel as though my nervous system was reset as my sleep has improved and I've felt much more relaxed since.I would definitely recommend!
