Fantastic after care,l brought a sofa ,it was beautiful but low ,after having the sofa 6 mouths , my husband had a stroke, and was unable to get up and down from the sofa, the amazing team came and put higher legs on it for me free off charge, a massive thankyou to you all ,xxxxxxxxx

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered a sideboard from them, all fine took the money and advised to wait to hear from couriers for delivery. The delivery company are a nightmare too. They will text you a date you can't speak to them to discuss when is convenient. If you are unable to do the date they provide you have to wait a further 7 days before they will send you another date. Again they don't call to discuss they will just send another date. We waited 4 weeks till we finally got a date we could do.Was given a delivery slot of 8am till 11am today so took a couple of hours off work. 11 o'clock came and no sign of the delivery. Called Oak Outlet at 12pm to say they will contact the delivery company and get back to me. 2.30pm still nothing back despite me calling their number numerous times. At 4.30pm get an email from them to say the item is out of stock! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

***AVOID AVOID AVOID***Five and a half weeks ago on 25/3/2023, I placed an order for some bedroom furniture and was given a maximum 4 week lead time. This was not a problem at all as we were still decorating. Later that day I placed a second order for some more bedroom furniture. However, this item was in stock for immediate delivery. I paid my delivery charge and I waited. 2 days later I received an email asking if I wanted to have all of the items delivered together (in 4 weeks). I responded that I had paid the second delivery charge and would like this item delivered ASAP. I heard nothing more from them regarding either of my orders despite regular chasing. I chased them again today and managed to connect with them via online chat. They SAID that they had emailed me with a delivery date of 3 April but that I did not confirm. I did NOT receive this email and it did NOT go to JUNK as they suggested.I was then offered a delivery on 9th May (not exactly express delivery). I told them I was thinking of cancelling my orders and was advised that I would need to email this if I wanted to cancel. I thought about it and sent an email advising that I would accept the delivery on 9th May. I then received a call asking me if this was correct. I asked if this delivery would contain both orders or just one order. She said it would be both orders. When I asked (politely I might add) whether this was the plan all along (2 delivery charges but only 1 x delivery) I was told that because I was rude ( I was NOT rude - although I certainly felt like I could have been very rude, I simply asked a question that made this lady uncomfortable) she was going to cancel my orders. This was actually a huge relief to me as, at this point, I didn't hold out much hope for a successful outcome. However, 2 minutes later I received an email advising that both of my orders had been cancelled at MY request. Disingenuous is an understatement! Still awaiting my refund and keeping my fingers crossed that we can avoid a trip to small claims court!

Was so disappointed at the quality of furniture ordered it was returned on the same day it was delivered.We placed a £2,031 order and were so excited to furnish our new home. Ordering, communication and delivery arrangements went smoothly. However despite their terms and conditions stating items need to be inspected and any damage noted before drivers leave this was our first hurdle. The 3rd party driver could not wait for items to be unboxed. On phoning we were then told it wouldn't be an issue if we notified them later.One box was clearly damaged on inspection the damage had reached the side table. At £200+ we refused it and sent it back.After drivers left we started opening our first box - a large £785 Cotswold sideboard. We photographed all knocks on the box before opening.The item was well packed however once unwrapped the damage was atrocious. The top had broken away from the base, the doors were unlevel, a shelf inside was not attached in one corner and every foot was split. The materials and manufacture of this 1 piece shocked us so much we immediately telephoned and demanded they collect the whole order for a refund.After being told nothing could be done without me emailing my issues I was in the process of typing when I was called back and told the driver was on his way back. So within 1hr of delivering my order it was recollected and returned. Therefore the only positive I can give to Oak Outlet is their customer service was good. We received our refund 2 working days later.We have since ordered replacement furniture, the solid oak sideboard (not oak topped) cost £550 from an actual store. The entire order cost is a fraction dearer at £2,180.I highly recommend anyone looking for high priced furniture visit a store rather than ordering online that way you get to touch and feel the quality your hard earned money is buying.

Ordered Alpha Sintered Stone Dining Table - Extending. Delivery was quoted 8 weeks. Arrived in 4 weeks its a cracking table and very similar if not the same as one of the big furniture retailers but at a better price. Charley was great was able to provide more pictures prior to purchase

Great place plenty of parking. You see a piece of history, the monument which you use to be able to go up inside. We bought a bed lovely quality and reasonably priced. Our order arrived before scheduled time. The delivery drivers were cheerful and helpful all the staff were very helpful. Would definitely shop there again
