Got a poster printed for a birthday party and they were really helpful in getting it printed right. Great service!!

They have not accepted to return the item I bought from them one day after the purchase. The item was still untouched and unopened in its original packaging. Not really happy with that.

The service of the shop was fine but I got a parking ticket from their car park. When I sent a copy of my receipt as proof that I was in the shop, they said I hadn’t provided any evidence. I won’t be shopping there again.

Went in to use the self service printing and was met by some great service by the staff on tills and the shop floor, I needed a last minute copy of my passport for a job interview and I was struggling as the machine couldn’t open the file at first but a member of staff came over and printed it off behind the till for me. Saved me from embarrassment at the job interview as my printer had broken just at the wrong time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean and tidy. There's a good selection of stationery items. They also have a selection of electronics, desks and office chairs. Prices can be a little high so do your research.

Absolutely horrendous service, unreliable and overpriced.I am a student who went there to print my Professional portfolio so i went all out of paper quality and printing. i think i spent about £175 for 50 pages, at the time i thought hmm its my first time it must be this expensive for professionalism. But no the amount of times Ive been to an interview or my tutors looked at the pages the images were blurry and awful coloring. Another point is the staff are a bit untrained it what they do, i told the people specifically my portfolio is a3 landscape layout and i want the pages to be double sided as i have designed the portfolio in that way, the staff had no clue what i was talking about, instead they ran lots and lots of test pieces.In future i would never recommend staples to anybody for professional printing. find a local printer or a small in house business.
