Alastair is knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly and polite. Everyone wants tradespeople they can trust, and Alastair is certainly someone I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. He’s worked on most of our white goods over the last few years and is a great one-stop shop!

All call-out repair services should be like this. Apex answered the 'phone professionally, turned up on time, did the job with minimum fuss and using parts they had brought 'in case', and departed leaving no mess. Will definitely use them again if I have another problem with an appliance.

The person who came to service my washing machine was polite, friendly, professional and explained in full what he had done. I would 100% recommend him. How awful I have already forgotten his name Frank or Fred I think. Anyway, what a nice bloke, tidy worker and I felt confident in his work

Alastair and his team were professional, responsive and offered fair prices for work performed. One of the items he installed was DOA (manufacturer's fault), which was handled very quickly - he came the following working day with a replacement part and got it up and running. Will use again (and so should you!) 5 Stars!

The service I recieved was prompt, professional and good value. The initial call-out visit was arranged very quickly and an accurate diagnosis was established. The defective hob was beyond repair and so an appropriate replacement was sourced and ordered very quickly. Within a couple of days the work was complete and the initial call-out charge was reduced because no repair was undertaken. This was an impressive and greatly appreciated gesture. Communication was excellent, not only with the workman but also the main office. All the work and products are guaranteed and all in all I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of this company. I will have no hesitation in using them again.
