Letting Complete Wakefield

Lived at 237 block lane in oldham and it was terrible.DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY. You will live to regret it. Had issues with rats and till I left this issue was not resolved and could hear them all night, there were no cleaners although they said there would be, the house was filthy 24/7, nothing ever got resolved, the toilets didn’t flush properly, the shower flooded and the water sometimes wouldn’t come out of the taps, the hot water didn’t work at times and would turn cold while showering, at times had to wait for the shower to get hot for a good while before work. Do not use them, they are dodgy. They don’t deserve a star.

Gave me a bad review because I paid my rent too early! Literally less than two weeks early every month.Thanks to this I have moved and been given a poor reference so only given a six month tenancy in my new accomodation.All I got was 'its the system'.Pathetic, when I have to reapply for my tenancy I should hope this agency will pay the charges I have to pay due to their incompetence?

Very good service and very nice staff

I used their property sourcing service and bought the property they found. It required some major works, so I used their contractors. I continued through and used their property management including managing the tenancy.My experience was very poor. They were unable to prove to my satisfaction that the major works had been completed up to standard. By coincidence, I had to get a quote for a similar set of works at my London property and the price I paid to One Heritage Letting was much higher than the quote for the London price.I don't believe they tried very hard to advertise my property, they used cropped portrait phone photos and the ad had numerous factual and copy errors. The tenant they found seemed very unsuitable and I raised this several times but they assured me over and over that they had done their suitable due diligence.Well that tenant has stopped paying rent two months after he moved in. He quit his job and registered a business at our address which is against his tenancy agreement. I googled him and he has been convicted of DWI and also two fly-tipping charges.Going with One Heritage Letting has been a huge financial mistake.

This is a review of 131 Rock Street. Sheffield. The sewage leaking all down the steps to the property only got fixed after a two months and a visit from the council (but for how long?). I had to buy several new wheelie bins myself after they got stolen and pay a man and van to remove 35 excess black bags of rubbish because the property produces more rubbish than its bin capacity and letting complete are completely unresponsive. It's only a matter of time before the rubbish piles up again. Inside the rooms are quiet and clean.

This company are really professional and have top quality properties that are kept up to a great standard. I have rented property from one heritage for 2 years and were very pleased with their high standards. I will definately use this company again.

As a landlord I find One Heritage Letting very professional and responsive to my requests and to requests from my tenant.My property if fully managed at a competitive rate and I am always contacted should there be an issue, which there rarely is. The staff are friendly and proactive and always keep up to date with all statutory requirements.

One Heritage took over the Studio Flat I'm renting from a previous letting agency who were awful. They've since redecorated the entire house and dealt with any repairs that needed doing to the property. They are very efficient and professional, I have to say the very best agency I've ever dealt with. Thanks.

I rented a room with this letting company for a year. In this time an unimaginable amount of problems occurred with the property, which were poorly dealt with. To begin, they were very helpful in getting me the room for a reasonable price, which was great. We were without kitchen lino and cupboards due to flooding for months and I recently found out, after leaving, that they still haven't fixed the cupboard issue for my former housemates- ridiculous. They are storing their food in bags on the floor.On top of this, they regularly bring people round to view our rooms without informing us. Once I returned from work and my room was left open, someone had looked around without my being informed. They also prioritise potential tenants over their current, promising that lino/ new cupboards would be sorted if they move in.

Due to work, I had to relocate and found a property with Letting Complete and Dina, my property manager was fantastic. She stayed in constant communication with me, organised the viewings promptly and was amazing at organising and arranging the tenancy in the space of 3 days. She kept me in the loop throughout the process and answered all questions clearly and in depth.
