The staff was friendly. Ordered swiftly. Seem very busy here at times but was able to catch up with a friend and have a free Costa drink with my rewards and a cake for £1 it was great. Liking these rewards.

Haverhill Costa is my favourite and I travel a lot. Super friendly, efficient, and they remember what I order . Coffee tastes good too.

I go to the doctor very early in the morning every 2 weeks to have bloods taken. I was so happy to find that The Haverhill Costa Coffee is open from 7am so I can fortify myself with a muffin and cappuccino before having bloods taken. The staff in their are always so happy and friendly in the mornings, unlike me so it is very pleasant to sit and chillax. If I could I would give it 10 stars!

No sign on the door saying no dogs but would not serve me when I walked in holding my very small dog. Clear signage is a must in these situations.

Had a lovely frappe with my fiancé on Sunday morning, had a chocolate brownie frappe where as my partner had a caramel frappe, both were delicious, staff were lovely, recommended highly, can be busy at times but worth it.

Friendly staff, clean establishment and good coffee!Since lockdown the staff have done incredible well. They are hyper vigilant on who is in the shop and as soon as someone vacates they close off that table to clean it/ the app I have found works brilliantly for takeaway. And regardless of the type of lockdown we are in they have managed to maintain their smiles, great coffee and good customer service.
