Very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Steer Nottingham - an insurance claim for a low-speed impact that smashed a rear light cluster and caused bodywork/paint damage (nothing mechanical or structural). Their workshop team's skill level was to a very high standard - it looks like it never happened. Excellent comms from Katy (their Customer Liaison Advisor) throughout - regular updates and the arrangement of a courtesy car. Steer’s drivers were also excellent - friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy to recommend but, fingers crossed, I don't have to use them again ;)

Had a great experience at Steer (Beeston). From start to finish I was kept informed about timescales etc from Paige/Ben on reception. The workshop staff enabled me to continue using my car safely by performing a temporary repair, and this meant I didn't have to take time off work.Overall they made the experience of my car accident much easier to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Paige and Katy were very helpful through the repairs process. We was kept up to date every step of the way. It was a very large job after such a terrible accident but the car was returned looking brand new. I went to pick up the car and Paige explained everything that was done on the car and was very kind and friendly. Thankyou to the technicians that worked on out car Duncan and Wayne. A 5* service all round. Thankyou to everyone involved.

The garage has been amazing for my repair, i was instructed where to go by my insurance company and with in ten minutes of being told where i was going, Steer was in contact to arrange a visit to see the damage, they offered a convenient time to view the damage before offering a day for the repair. Once the car was in for repair i was kept fully up to date with what was happening at each stage and was given a time frame for completion. On collection i was treated very well and they even took my hire car off me for the hire car company to collect. great service highly recommended.

Steer Nottingham has been very helpful. From my accident happening to the collection of my car i was kept up to date by Katy. The repairs on my car were like new. I am so happy i used Steer. Paige went through the process of repairs and what happened whilst my car was with them, so i knew exactly what was happening. Thankyou to all of the staff that was involved in the repair, especially the guys that did the repair in the workshop. Paige even offered to let us leave the hire car onsite so it was easy for us. Amazing service!

Excellent staff and service. My insurer sent wrong information, but steer were very patient and accommodating in getting things sorted out. They also prioritised my repair so that I could have my car back in time for a trip for my Dad's 70th birthday. Only negative was that the courtesy car was not comparable with the car being repaired (I drive an MPV and was given a Toyota Aygo), meaning I wasn't able to do many of the journeys I need to do, having quite an impact personally. That said, this was one of the mistakes my insurer made (they didn't even request a courtesy car initially!), so it may be Steer would have more options normally.

Car was taken to them for assessment after a no fault accident. After being told it was being written off and I had the choice of keeping the car. I made the decision to keep it and sort it out myself. All through this Melanie Cantrell at Steer Beeston Nottingham Branch communicated with me and help me sort this out. Lovely sight and brilliant staff. Well done Melanie, would have been stuck without her. In my opinion she went above and beyond. Thanks again.

Had a fantastic experience with Steer Nottingham. They were spot on from the start till the end of my repair journey. They kept me in the loop and updated me regularly. Melanie Cantrell, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I feel okay and get the necessary help and support needed whilst I get my car repaired. She is probably the one person, who really understood the dire situation I was in and gave me the essential information and wisdom to ensure this process is as seamless and hassle free as it could be.Overall…more than a simple, 5 star experience

This was my 1st dealings with Steer Automotive Nottingham and was I very impressed. They assessed the damaged vehicle, gave me a courtesy car and had the repair done quickly - excellent job!! Melanie Cantrell made the whole process easy, so top marks for the team there. :)

Brilliant garage. Had a no fault accident and this was the 3rd party insurers preferred garage. I was nervous about using an insurers chosen garage due to previous bad experiences however I found this garage to be excellent. Communication is faultless and I knew what was going on throughout the repair. Car was booked in and works carried out in a timely and professional manner. Very happy, other garages would do well to learn from steer
