Took a makita radio in to be repaired, waited 3 weeks, phoned them and they still hadn't looked at it, said they would by the end of the week or beginning of the next week. Waited another 3 weeks and phoned up again to be told it can't be repaired and tried phoning, which they absolutely didn't! I also have a voicemail! Opened the radio after collecting and it still has wood shavings in it so it probably wasn'teven looked at! Shocking service.

Don't answer the phone even though they have had my tools over 6 weeks for repair and not even looked at them don't recommend using them

Cant be asked go there to get makita drill repaired then be told its not covered by warranty just sent it to makita happy to deal with it and fix it
