Very poor customer service and I will not be returning!!!! Treated so badly!!!!!! Pick up a pair of sketcher went to the till think she was a manager, I was told these were not right price. Didn't even say sorry, was made to feel like it was my fault. Then she proceeded to shout across the show that these sketchers were going in bad room and off sale!!!! So so rude, I will never shop here again!

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a member of staff upon entering the store. The store itself was very clean and well laid out, with a good choice of footwear. Having browsed for a short while I asked an assistant for help. She was very pleasant and helpful, I was not rushed and felt as though I was an important customer. This was exactly the kind of service I expect very rarely encounter. Altogether a great experience and I would recommend the Pavers store at the Evesham garden centre complex to anyone.

Had to return a faulty pair of shoes and was met with first class service.Fault acknowledged and immediately acted upon. Even an admission of 'we've seen that before '.An object lesson in how to deal with a problem.Well done.

Not necessarily fashionable shoes but very comfortable.

I visited the Evesham store a couple of weeks ago a with a friend and we were both impressed by the variety of shoes/boots on sale. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were helpful, friendly and made it a pleasant shopping experience l bought a pair of boots after trying on many pairs and my friend bought herself two pairs. Even though we were deliberating for quite a while the staff didn’t get frustrated with us and continued to be helpful throughout. We will definitely be visiting this store again !

Always enjoy browsing here.Its a double unit with a large selection of shoes, boots, sandals, bags etc. Only negative (hence the 4 stars not 5) - not that much fashionable footwear for those with small but wide feet like me - but then to be fair not many shoe shops anywhere have wide shoes that have heels! This Pavers though have some & at a range of prices, sale items always a bargain!Staff are always friendly, polite & helpful. Shop is always clean & tidy.Pavers is situated at The Valley retail park, Evesham, which has a nice variety of outlets - check out their website. Lovely place to visit with several pleasant eateries catering for full meals & snacks. Even a miniature steam railway in season.Wheelchair friendly.Children & dogs catered for.Plenty of parking.Nice day out.

Great shoe shop, and it also sells accessories. Staff are always available, greet you on entering the shop, and are happy to help.
