Had an absolutely amazing time here. Very remote which is perfect if that’s what you like, plenty of scenery to explore. Cabins are perfect ( hot tub even better ), and the pub on site serves great food and is very fun to relax at night. Will be booking again!

Where do I start! Such a lovely place, lodge was spotless and so comfortable and the hot tub was so lovely too! Nestled away and so quiet and peaceful! The on-site pub serves incredible food, we ate there 2/4 nights and the drinks are priced so so well too! The hosts of the site were absolutely amazing, 5 stars aren’t enough! So so friendly and chatty which was lovely when in a place you don’t know. We had some trouble with our car and they went above and beyond to do what they could for us and we’re so so fantastic! We will definitely be returning with the children and maybe our dogs too!Thank you again for an amazing break away on site and the hostility we received!

Lovely lodge. Compact but has what you need. Was lovely & warm inside especially nice when you have been in the hot tub.The only major issue we had was the beds. You can feel every spring so definitely needs a mattress upgrade on all the beds. If we was staying longer than two nights this would be very unpleasant.Would benefit from an on site shop due to it being so remote. We planned to get a taxi to Lincoln, maybe due to the light snow we couldn’t get one but no taxis would come out & Uber just kept going around.Lovely location, very scenic along the canal. Has an on site pub with great food. They even delivered it to the lodge which was amazing.

A very chilled, laid-back place. Not for people who want lots to do, there's no entertainment, shops, amusements but it's ideal for relaxing, reading and recharging your batteries. Located at the end of a long 'very' bumpy road it is quite remote, not within walking distance of anything - however you can walk to Woodhall Spa along the river bank, which we did but it took us 2 hours (one way) due to a No Access farm, which we had to divert around. This added an extra 40-45 mins, so it's best to drive anywhere you want to go.Our lodge was very nice and cosy, with a toaster, kettle, oven/hob (no microwave) and washing machine, which came in handy to spin towels in to dry them a little quicker, after using the hot tub. Gary, who checked us in, was very helpful. He recommended the Thai food in the pub, which was very nice. The site was pretty busy, and most lodges were occupied. The hot tub was good. However, the jets weren't as powerful as some hot tubs we've used in the past, but it was still nice to relax in. A patio set was also provided, and there was a nice deck area to sit out on.We would certainly visit again!

We stayed 27-29 October. Had a fantastic time staff were superb and helpful at all times. Facilities in the cabin were A1. We arrived to find out we had forgotten coffee but the girl in reception gave us some. I would suggest if you are staying there bring supplies as there isn’t a shop close by. Tried to get a taxi into Lincoln but none would drive out there but it’s only a short drive anyway. In short loved it and would definitely use the white horse holiday park again in the future.

This was my first visit to Lincolnshire what better way to spend it in a remote location in a gorgeous lodge with hot tub to relax. The lodge was brand new and immaculate! Lovely for just me and my son . It had everything you need - fridge, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher :) even towels , linen and dish clothes and dishwasher tabs! The hot tub was 40 degrees ready for us to get in as soon as we arrived! The staff were really friendly. there isn’t great phone signal but there is wi-fi. My smart tv worked fine too! The camp was a lovey set up surrounded by fields, it is very rural and away from a shop but we knew this when we booked. We made sure we brought everything we needed. I only spent 2 nights here, so I took my son to Skegness for the day, which was brilliant. Overall, I had a perfect stay and was a cheap price ! I’m not sure why there are some negative comments below. You would think some people would read The description of where they are booking , some of them reviews are ridiculous, I mean complaining about the road on the way here , the phone signal, ffs! not deserved.

Very remote location, easy to get to. Host Gary made us feel welcome straight away and showed us our lodge. Heating was on and hot tub ready to go at 40 degrees. Lodge was well equipped( not microwave even though it says it has in the description). Mattresses could be a bit better, but we did sleep well feeling the odd spring here and there. Wifi signal wasn't great, a bit bumpy, but expected as remote place in between farmers fields…The pub on site offers breakfast in the morning and Thai dinner with a few pub grub options (burgers, hot dogs..). Lincoln only 30 min away, beautiful place, cathedral and castle not to miss! All in all we have had a fab family weekend well worth the money paid.

We came here at the weekend and stayed in lodge number 3. Gary was really helpful, friendly, funny and very hard working! Both nights we went to the bar and enjoyed having a chat and a laugh with him, he is very laid back and fun! The lodge was really clean, the bed was comfy, although there was only one flat pillow there were plenty more in the other bedroom and wardrobe along with an extra duvet. The hot tub was set to a lovely hot temperature and easy to use, it was also nice and clean. There were clean pans, plates, cups and cutlery. There was a dishwasher and dishwasher tablet and a washing machine in the lodge. I'd highly recommend paddleboarding as something to do through the day, it's quite cheap, really good fun and hilarious seeing everyone fall off. We had Thai food in the evening which was absolutely gorgeous, food and drinks were a decent price. Theres a lovely kids playground just behind the beer garden in the pub and there's plenty of comfy seating in the pub and beer garden. Overall it's a lovely little holiday park and we will definitely be coming again!

Was disappointed when we first arrived as I had booked and paid for a surprise for my partner where it was supposed to be decorated like the valentines advertisements- balloons, roses petals on the bed and towel swans. I had requested this at time of booking as it was for our 9th anniversary but when we got there nothing had been done for us. Once telling my partner he went to the reception to which he came back with chocolates and rose and had been told they must have lost the booking information or a miscommunication as they didn’t even have the petals etc to make what we had paid for possible. I did also message the morning of the trip to please ask this to be checked before we come but only got a response after we had arrived telling us to contact reception in a different way, even though it was booked via this original method. We were given no form of slight refund for this extra. On the other hand the host was lovely and the hot tub was ready with the heating in the chalet turned on for arrival. The caretaker was lovely at trying to make sure everything was kept tidy outside even though we was in the middle of the storm so can’t be faulted in that sense. There was no microwave so keep that in mind for when you book and it is very remote so you have to drive to be close to places. It was a nice stay but slightly disappointed.
