Called 30 mins before closing time, spoke to Doug him and his team took great care of me. Had me in and out within 15 minutes with a great new tyre. Very good customer service and environment

My rear strut mount broke on the way to my father's funeral, they were quick to find the fault and although they could not fix on the day as it was a mazda part they fixed it soon after the following day.Very happy how I was treated and so far the mount has been perfect.It could of been so much worse and I made it to the funeral with 2 minutes to spare.

It took too long. I booked in for a 1pm appointment to get three tires replaced and didn't leave until about 3.20pm. If I book an appointment somewhere, whether that be Doctors, Hairdressers etc, I expect to be deal with in a timely manner and to be dealt with at my appointment time, give or take. I don't think my car was even looked at in the first hour of me being there and at no point was I advised how long the process would take or about any delays, despite the fact that I sat in reception the entire time I was there. I wasn't the only person waiting who had this issue.

The staff at this garage are very professional and friendly. A detailed explanation of the car's condition. And really fast service. I am satisfied and grateful for this service. I highly recommend.

Terrible service. Two times refused to carry out an alignment check. First time was told they can not carry out the check on a lowered car with spacers on, which is just ridiculous. Went to other Kwik fit and done everything perfectly. Second time arrived with the absolutely usual Ford Mondeo and been refused to do an alignment check for no reason, been told they know by the look that my alignment it out and I need to first put new tyres on and then do an alignment or otherwise the technician/mechanic told me that he will just waste 15mins of his time, which is ridiculous. Why there is on your website saying “Free alignment check” when it’s a lie? It’s just laziness and absolute disrespect to customers. Absolutely shocked.

Great service, very friendly and very quick, had booked in for a free tyre check as was losing pressure, and they found it was the valve and replaced it free of charge. Much better service than I've had in other garages recently. Will definitely use them again. Thanks.

My usual place for anything to do with wheels and tyres. Found the staff to very friendly and courteous and never have to wait long either. Also if it's a minor thing you don't get charged for it. Highly recommended - much more than Stonehaven branch.

My car got stuck on their ramp so they offered to pay for my taxi home and back. I declined and said I would wait. They kept me up to date and the waiting room was clean and warm. I went in to get tires fitted which they did without issue and they even checked out a secondary problem with my car free of charge. They were not able to fix the second issue but told me roughly how much it should cost when I put into another garage. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d definitely go there again.

Second time taking my car there. Staff are very friendly. Super helpful and I’ve not had to wait days for a booking. Had a puncture and was a last minute as usual situation. Needed it repaired and was told to come in within the hour. The staff worked together when I was in. Helping each other out. Can’t remember the woman’s name who works there, thanks for your extra patience in finding where the puncture was and letting me use the office as a change space for my little one. Done and on my way without a worry. Thank you

Do not recommend. Not happy with the service provided at Kwik fit. I had put my car in for its MOT to which it failed with 1 major and 2 advisories. I took the car away and got it fixed then put it in to get tested again a week or so after. They told me the car had failed AGAIN on one of the issues that were an advisory just the week before? They recommended a fuel cleaner and to drain my oil to treat said issue but it could be something worse. Considering i use fuel cleaner every few months and had, had a oil change about 3 months prior I can imagine this most certainly would not solve the “issue.” I put my car in for an MOT elsewhere and it passed with the same 2 advisories. After speaking with the new mechanics they said it seems like they were just trying to get money out of me as this issue is most definitely not a fail, and to suddenly have gone from advisory to fail was very dramatic. As you can imagine this caused a lot of stress and panic at the time!! 2 MOT fails and thinking my car was potentially away to cost me a lot of money when in reality the new garage said this is normal for a slightly older car. I had originally planned on replacing all my tyres with yourselves but now you have lost a customer, as well as a few others i have now spoken to about this.
