The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit. They treated our dog, Belle, like royalty and even gave us some fab recommendations on good places to check out during our stay in the area, as we were there for our honeymoon.

Good shop, easily accessible in the retail park and near shops like Asda and BnM. Lots of toys and houses for various pets. Not many actual pets to buy, lots of fish and a couple of rabbits and Guinea pigs usually. Also some pet books and friendly and useful staff.

Thanks so very much to Melanie seeing my hen at short notice this morning. My wee girl has started her medication and hopefully will be fully recovered soon. Melanie was knowledgeable about hens and made us fully at ease.

I like pets at home. The store welcomes the animals and even offers them little treats and a head rub if they wish. There is fresh water available for your fur baby and they stock lots of choices for food, treats, accessories for small flurries ie hamsters, guinea-pig, rats, ferrets etc, and dogs, cats, fish and reptiles. They can also give advice on how to care for your friend. Above they also have a vets clinic and a groom room parlour that can make any hair beautiful. If you have any questions then please call them and the staff will help you no problem. X
