What a fantastic find AO Tae kwon do club is, our daughter has found a supportive Tae kwon do home, now my husband has joined and enjoys it just as much, friendly group of people highly recommend.

An amazing club, my children love their lessons and have learnt so much from Mr Overy and all their fellow students. The building blocks of respect, discipline and hard work alongside lots of fun is a great combination. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to this club for five years, going from white belt to black belt. So I can therefore recommend the tuition, but I can also recommend the friendly people. The club has used Zoom at points, and trains outside whenever permitted, so we are all covid-compliant.

Really friendly, welcoming club. Great for the whole family, or for individuals, both kids and adults. I started as a complete beginner and immediately felt welcomed and part of the club. Training sessions are fun, varied, and satisfyingly challenging! Alex Overy has done a fantastic job of keeping training going during lockdowns too, using online training when needed, and kept us all training and grading throughout. Highly recommend!

We joined A.O Taekwondo as a family - 2 adults and 2 kids and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. My Overy is a fantastic supportive teacher - great with kids and adults alike. The lessons are varied with a mix of patterns, self defence and fitness sessions. My Overy's dedication and passion for Taekwondo is why the club is so popular. Everyone is very friendly and there is a great club spirit. Highly recommended!

A fantastic family-friendly club. Mr Overy manages to balance teaching the focus and discipline required to learn tae kwon do, with the fun fitness drills that younger members of the club thrive on. There is a great club spirit where senior grades help to teach the younger students and we support each other to keep making progress towards the next belt. Mr Overy is an innovative instructor who has adapted his practice to allow us to continue training and grading throughout lockdown, which is testament to his passion and commitment to the club.
