I always use this place for shipping parcels via DHL. Syed is very efficient and professional. I have shipped about a dozen packages from here and every package has been delivered within 1-3 days to the United States.The prices I have been charged correspond with the charges on the DHL website, so I am more than satisfied.My only suggestion would be that it would help if your opening hours were correctly advertised, as sometimes I go there in the early afternoon to post a parcel but it is closed. As a result, I once tried to use another DHL service point across the road and they wanted to charge MORE than the DHL prices, so I refused to use their service and instead waited for Uni-Link to open.

I'm giving a star just to be able to post my feedback, they don't worth even a star! They can't deliver my parcel for few weeks. First they said it was unsuccessful, while I was sitting next to the door waiting for hours and no one even tried delivering smth. Omg, and the whole trash started after that. They keep saying that they gonna deliver it tomorrow, they delay it for the next day. And you can't even contact them normally. The same process repeats every day. I'd advise never cooperate with them.

Shop closed down, wasted journey!

This service is very very bad, I arranged a shipment, the staff at pickup point kept saying my barcode is wrong but the manager was able to use it. After 2 weeks of I dropped the item, it is still not picked up! DHL staff checked and found the service point staff lost the item! My box is worth 400 pounds and now it’s gone!

Does not open till 2pm no matter what the time on Google says

Isn't DHL service point anymore.. probably new management. Limited English only.

Too much expensive service , no clear statement for vat, too much hassle I had to return a parcel back to India as the size was wrong , it took ages

i have used there service quit impressive. delivered my parcel to my home and also open till late that makes it more convenient for the working people to collect there parcels after business hours

Muggers!! I’d like a option for a 0 star rating as this shop deserves. First they will provide cheap quotes for a service then when you get your items packed(as they offered to do), they will change their quotations immediately. I can confirm this because I tallied my package details emblem on the official dhl website and it showed me the true quotes that was required for the job. I have no issues with the business making profit but lying to customers on weight and dimensions to increase the quotation and then putting in the true details whilst filling the form is highly unethical and haram. If you point out to them that there is a huge difference in pricing they will ask for a packaging price that was 50% of the initial quote for me thus you have no option rather than to use their dishonest service. My package was delayed and received in very bad condition as well. When I tried reaching to them I found out they don’t even have a office number on here. The number provided is of the official dhl headquarters. Thanks for the worst customer service ever. Take care and show some honesty to customers if you want their loyalty.
