Where too start? Bus drivers are nasty,horrible, bad drivers and much more. I've seen really bad crashes result in their bad driving. Nearly witnessed one just now. My last experience was a woman and she charged me nearly double for 2 tickets. They're always late and not recommended! Cardiff buses so much better

Absolute shambles of a company that got no care in the world for those customers in Bargoed. 2 days in a row, the bus that would be 15:35 X38 Bargoed - Pontypridd has broken down and the bus up from Pontypridd (X38) today (13/1/23) 15:15 is currently running 36 minutes late. About time we got a better service, let's hope we see more of the new buses brought into service as it's much needed.

Please get your bus drivers to turn their engines off when stopped for a while in accordance with rule 123 of the Highway code. I live by a railway station where your bus can sit for up to 20 minutes with the engine running creating unecessary noise and causing the whole area to stink of diesel. This also costs you money. Many thanks. I will remove this review once the problem is addressed. If it isn't addressed I will make a formal complaint to the relevant authorities.

Do not use line 320 to go to museum. We had 40 min delay, waiting for bus in thecold wearher. There are many other options to reach st fanegan

1 star is too much. Terrible customer service. I live on a busy road and a driver from this company was having stand off with another bus as both couldn't fit through at the same time. So the driver from this company turned off his engine. Got out of the bus, walked in to my front garden and urinated all over the grass and up my fence. For my children and everyone sat on the bus to witness. I did call up to complain at the time but all I had was a poor apology from the operator on the phone.

DO NOT USE ADVENTURE TRAVEL!I have had the misfortune of using the 304 service for over 7 months to travel for work. I can count on one hand how many times they have arrived on schedule. 3 times I've had to use my travel budget for the week on a taxi to make it to work. Numerous times Ive been stranded wondering where my bus is! The drivers are rude, arrogant and refuse to explain why they are late. One driver even told a confused Asian lady at the airport she should have checked the busses properly before arriving in the country!The trackers are unreliable but if the drivers are in a good mood they might actually stop instead of driving past you!This review comes after numerous emails and phone calls to no avail except a hollow apology. The only change is the increase in price but same terrible service. The Traffic Commissioner for Wales should probably take a look at this.

Never buy a return ticket - if somehow you do make it onto a AT bus, you probably won't again for a while.I wish they would stop stranding me an hour and a half from home just because their drivers couldn't be bothered to do the entire route they are supposed to. The buses look identical inside and out to Cardiff Bus and drive in the same spots, except those stops aren't indicated anywhere, the only tickets you can book on the app are school tickets, and the drivers consistently ignore passengers waving them down.

Had a very pleasant, informative and productive interview with their Head of Training and Recruitment which took place at their Cardiff Depot. Looking forward to working with Adventure.
