Had new windows, composite door, bay window, extended window and door roof and a conservatory fitted. From start to finish our experience has been first class. The builders, fitters and the project team have all been professional, friendly and helpful throughout the work. Every question or query has been dealt with leaving us feeling happy with every job done. Thanks to all at NTW and we would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered windows, fitters arrived early (which was great!). They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and were a great team.My new windows look fantastic. I'm so pleased with both the fitting and the service from the company beforehand. They have been understanding of my needs and have been nothing but excellent all the way.To add to this, I had my composite door fitted two weeks after the windows. Guys were really professional (I expected nothing less!), friendly and perfectionists! Excellent service there! They worked really hard and I was impressed.My door looks fantastic. Northern Trade Windows did an entire window refit on our house about 7 years ago. At the time they did a good job and we were happy. However, over time there was some slippage on our bay windows which meant we couldn't open one window at all and some of the trims came off. Then at the back of the house, the patio door handle came off and we couldn't easily open or shut the door. That's when we gave them a call.Within two weeks it was all sorted. A guy came out and replaced the patio door handle within two days and then two blokes came and took the bay windows out, reinforced the bay with the latest metal rod supports and made everything ship shape again. And all without costing us any extra.All-in-all, a very high quality service. When we eventually get around to sorting a conservatory out - they'll be the first name on our list. Highly recommended.

We had 2 exterior back doors and our bathroom window replaced on the same day with Northern Trade Windows. Had a great experience from start to finish. Paul the sales guys was great and informative and not pushy. Kyle and Andrew who fitted the doors and window were really professional and friendly and did a great job. Will be going to them again when other windows are needing replacing.

We had all of our windows replaced by NT about a year ago now (waited to review in case any issues cropped up).Weve had no issues with the windows and they are a lot better than our old windows.Our only complaint is that the 2 guys who came to install the windows were dirty and rude. They used our bathroom which is fine but left it dirty and messy (ill spare the details). They also completely blanked me and just spoke to my boyfriend which i found rude.They also keep ringing us up every month or so for more work which we find annoying.However other than that we are happy with the windows.

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows and doors which were completed recently.The four builders and fitters were a credit to the company and themselves and it was impressive how they got on with the job, despite my offers of tea, coffee and biscuits!
