Highly recommend Heritage Wills. We've used them for a long time now and their staff have always been extremely professional, informative and friendly. Wouldn't use anyone else!

We've been with Heritage for about 8 years. The consultants are always really friendly and know what they are talking about. We went for the annual storage plan too - this stores your documents for you, plus any other documents you need to keep safe, and you can also amend your will every year if you need to. All adults should have a will and I really recommend Heritage to take care of you.

I've used Heritage Will writers now for six years and the experience has been good,their prices are reasonable and they have always been courteous and prompt in dealing with my needs. For those who have found that dealing with solicitors has been frustrating, drawn out and expensive then this is a good alternative.

Avoid!!! Whoever said that they are sharks is correct! When I initially made contact it was for a codicil. I specified that I only needed to change the executor of my current will. I also informed them that I was autistic and that I didn't use the phone. All of this information was ignored and I was upsold a full will and scare tactics were used to try to get me to pay over £700 for an LPA. An LPA can be purchased pn the government website for £82, or at a reduced fee or even free if you are in receipt of certain benefits.I was also asked lots of personal questions that were irrelevant to the changing of the executor. They also tried to sell me a yearly subscription under the guise that it would save me money.I brought my will in and this should have immediately been looked at but wasn't. They also omitted an important piece of information for a ludicrous reason.If had agreed to everything he was trying to sell, I would have walked out of that place almost a grand lighter.I have now secured a FREE LPA and a FREE CODICIL.These people only care about one thing; money.They should be ashamed of themselves.

They were friendly and professional when we set up the Will. However we decided £33 to store it was too much money so we decided to have the Will released for us to store at home. They made a terrible mistake by sending both our Wills to different and incorrect addresses. One Will fortunately went to a neighbour who knew us and we were alerted by our lovely postie. The other Will went to another unknown house on our road and despite the postie and ourselves trying we never managed to get it back. So we faced the inconvenience of going to Norwich 20miles away, to set up another Will and Power of Attorney. Now we have to wait for all signatures and the like so more delays.Accuracy and security are the 2 main requirements for Will services.

Heritage held my mothers will.then my fathers. They helped my brother and I when the will had to be acted upon. Dominic helped and could not have been more helpful and kind. Well worth using .

Completely recommend Heritage for ensuring what I anticipated would be a massively complicated process, was actually in reality a really straightforward one! One hour, via FaceTime, was all it took to run through exactly what we wanted. A couple of weeks later and the will is approved, signed & ready to send back. Excellent service; well explained and we felt reassured at all times with the advice and guidance we were given. Thankyou!
