OPEN UNTIL 4.30 COMPUTERS OPEN TILL 4pm, WHY???Very poor service here. One elderly chap was enquiring whether a member of the team could assist him. Despite not being busy at all the female Supervisor said it's not her job to help only to get on a computer. She. Said, if we had a volunteer you could ask them.I waited 20 minutes to get on a computer and despite there being several available, for some reason the assistant couldn't allocate me one.No wonder libraries are struggling with extremely poor service and an unwillingness to make a difference to polite requests.
