The staff made friendly conversation with me when i asked for a recommended dessert. Overall the vibe in there is really good with banging shakes. Would recommend for someone with a sweet tooth.

Ordered brownie with custard & waffle sticks.Only thing that tasted nice was the custard. Brownie was bitter, dry and solid like a rock, had to be thrown away! Tasted 50 years old.Waffle sticks were small (sticks were missing) & hardly any sauce.Hall green branch is our regular and is 100% better.Will not be coming back.

Ordered double chocolate cookie dough ... would of been nice if they didn't burn it . Never new cookie dough to be crunchy and hard ... all I could smell was burnt cookies. You shouldn't serve people food what's not edible fix up next time .

Absolutely horrendous! Ordered through uber eats and when delivered there was an item missing. Called through and the agent took no accountability and passed the buck to uber rather than their own mishap. Shameful way to conduct a business. Avoid like the plague!

Food was ruined by missing the ice cream with the waffle and the cookie dough. Person on the phone didn’t seem to care. Had to refund it via just eat. Wasted time and money.

Putting this as 1 star as google doesnt allow to put 0 stars. Ordered a milk shake and waffle at 9:45 and it arrived at 11:15pm. Whenever I called the shop, the lady in the shop told 15mins will be the maximum time and was even rude to me . I asked her to cancel the order as its so late and she told she already made the order. when the order arrived after 1:30hrs the waffles are too cold and shake is too watery. Also the package from the shop asked to drop a good review. How can a customer put a good review when he is treated poorly and gives no respect to the customer. Shops like these should stop functioning if their sole purpose is to manipulate the customers precious time

My go-to dessert shop!! Sometimes service can be a bit slow but I appreciate that this is only when they are particularly busy- is as expected. Food is lovely, i always order the double chocolate cookie dough and have never been let down. Staff are also nice. Thank you

The milkshakes are so good! I got cookies and cream without the crème egg and it was amazing, not too sweet but thick and with a nice amount of cookie pieces in it. The waffle sticks were soft inside and I got to choose my toppings which is even better. Will definitely be eating from here again!

Ordered a couple shakes and a large choc chip cookie dough. Waited in the car for them because it was freezing inside (the door was wide open in the middle of winter and wouldn't close). Came in to find only the shakes were ready as the girl forgot to make the cookie dough. Not a problem. I waited a bit longer, only to overhear that she was putting Kinder Bueno on it. This was dangerous as my partner who ordered it has a servere nut allergy and ordered the chocolate chip for a reason. She slapped it on the counter without saying anything and when I asked about the nuts she said we asked for the Kinder Bueno which we never would. Then when I asked for a refund for the large cookie dough as I couldn't wait in the cold any longer, she only refunded for a regular size. Shame as the shakes are good but won't be going back.
