Looking for an engagement ring - tried the larger stores with no success. Found Simon's by chance -which was fortuitous - excellent service, ring sizing sorted overnight - totally successfully. Will not use again for engagement ring - my fiancée told me - old joke, traditional quality service - well done!

We were on holiday in the Peak District which coincided with my 65th birthday. On that day my boyfriend proposed and upon my accepting, we visited Simons and found the perfect ring which was unfortunately too small. We were due to leave for home 2 days later but that didn't cause a problem as we were told the ring could be re-sized by the following morning. We arrived today and collected my beautiful engagement ring. Fantastic service and I am so pleased. Thank you so much!!

Simon completely replaced the setting and polished up my engagement ring. He hasn't just fixed my ring - he has massively improved the setting making it much less likely that my stone will get lost again. It's 7 years since I got engaged and I've been married 3 years and yet I'm finding myself looking at my hand constantly like I'm newly engaged again! I thoroughly recommend Simon's Jewellers for any repair work - his attention to detail is beautiful. Thank you Simon!
