Best Topps tiles I have visited and have been to a lot!Friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Excellent shop with brilliant customer service. The staff were very helpful and recommended suitable products for our DIY project. Definitely recommend it!

Good range of tiles to choose from and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rachel was very helpful with our order.

Helpful staff, good stock. Good sales pitch, helped compare tiles together and understood which tiles we wanted cheap and cheerful and which we were willing to spend more on.

Would have given 5 stars based on helpfulness of staff, who were great. Reason for just 3 is that I had over-purchased on some expensive tiles, following an over-running renovation project, but they wouldn't give me a refund as I was beyond their refund date. They do have a reasonable 60 day period, but as I had the receipt and the tiles were still in mint condition, I hoped they would still give a refund. Both Wickes and B&Q had, respectively, offered me a quibble-free refund and credit note for all surplus items, despite not even having the receipt in one instance and being much futher past their returns deadline. It just felt pointless that good quality tiles that another customer would be delighted with, will now end up in land fill, at a time when we're trying to save the planet. The manger said he saw my point, but he'd be in trouble if he offered a refund. So I am posting this review, not to criticise the very helpful staff, but in the hope that those up the chain at Topps, are made aware that their competitors have a more flexible, and environmentally friendly, approach. Other than that, I am very happy. I have been very happy with both the tiles I purchased and with the advice received from the staff.

My mother and I went to top tiles Hastings today and we were greeted by a lady called Rachel.Rachel was so amazingly patient and helpful, an absolute credit to tops tiles , I don’t know her co workers name but he was very sweet too ! And on a Sunday!Thank you for such an amazing service, and your patienceTHANK YOU RACHEL!!!

Had a good experience at this place today. I've been toa few places trying to get tiles that conform to a specific rating and most of the places I went to didn't really know what I was talking about.Topps Tiles did.They identified the ranges that conformed to our specification, checked the stock to make sure that they had what we needed. this did necessitate some changes, but we knew about it. Order placed. Very helpful.

Great team, very friendly, good knowledge of the products.Rachel has been really helpful, first with selection of tiles for matching up with existing in my bathroom and secondly with the phone ordering service.It's really great when you get excellent service, and my experience has been brilliant.Well done :-)
