Items from order missing and after several emails and a promise to send out day after, still no nearer

Please DO NOT BUY anything from this company. I placed my order on the 18/06/20 and I still haven’t received my order#1923. On the 24/06/20 I received a message saying that my order was shipped but nothing arrived. I tried to contact them by phone, email, website message and NOBODY contact me back. I am extremely disappointed. I was charged for my purchase and I didn't receive anything. When my order will be delivered? Someone can reply my massages please.

Amazing customer service and handmade natural products I can trust

I found this little shop making his own natural hand made scents, perfumes and soaps in the new Chester market. Spoke with Alfonso, the Italian owner and had a wonderful experience of talking about the benefits of all his products on well being using entirely natural lovely ingredients. This shoo is a little bottle of pure olfactive poetry full of great presents for anyone.

Yeah, I placed order #2101 over a month ago, no reply from the company since. They've taken my money but they're not responding to emails instant messages, Facebook contact, or anything. Not even any way for me to get a refund. Absolutely apocalyptic.

I placed one small order last year. It took a while but the product arrived about 6 weeks later. The shampoo bar was good, so I subsequently placed a larger order at the beginning of Nov 2019. Payment was taken and I received confirmation (order #1770). I've not received a dispatch note and have not received the products. I've emailed numerous times both via the email address and via the website. I've received no correspondence or even acknowledgement. When can I expect the products or a refund?!

Alphy and Becs is a must try for everyone!If you ever need any personal care products that are hand made with minimal and carefully selected ingredients then alphy & becs is the place. The soaps, the perfumes and the creams are gentle and effective, the creams are fast absorbing and incredibly moisturising, with immediate results after application, the moisturisers are my definite favourites. The owner is a dedicated and caring person so if you ever need anything specific he is incredibly helpful, also his prices are shockingly reasonable and fair for how good his products are.Alphy and Becs’ products are always better than the industrialised and overloaded with unnecessary components that dry and destroy the skin barrier, and have not failed to deliver me simple and beautiful products whenever I shop to replenish my skin care.If you want to support small and humble businesses and get your money’s worth then this place deserves that attention.
