First and last time visit this place, empty restaurant but had to sit in the corner cold part of the restaurant. out of menu items. Staff poor food average.Reply to the manager, looks like your restaurant to me I've posted the receipt. Stop lying about how your restaurants run and actually learn how to run it. I know their is a shortage of good hospitality staff but there must be better then that.

Absolutely amazing service, and the side dishes and pizzas were incredibly tasty. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Despite a busy Wednesday night and not having booked a table, a lady found us a really nice one. Special thanks to FRAN! He served us that night and went above and beyond, exceeded our expectations with impeccable service. A heartfelt thank you for such a delightful experience. This pizza restaurant is definitely a must-try!

Pizza was good.. no issue. Customer service very bad... Not welcome,We ordered drinks first but last to come after food. It wasn't even busy. Service charge was added and I told them to remove it but they question me why in a rude way. Avoid this place for sitting down, best to get a takeaway

Nicholas was our favourite server at Pizza Pilgrims! He was very attentive - we did bottomless brunch and he kept topping us up! Love him

I loved this location, all servers are veery very nice. I don't recall going to a place where everyone is extra nice! last time I was in another Pilgrims branch servers were not very nice and so we just left.All employees at this location are amazing! The pizzas are good but I would add more toppings and I feel the pizza is a good size but there is a big gap between the crust and all ingredients if that makes sense.

Overall it's just not as good as Pizza Union a short walk away....Yes there are some funky pizza toppings, side options and the bases are pretty good but you pay a premium for these. The atmosphere, speed and price don't really make this a good option for a work break lunch.If I'm invited there I'm sure I will go again but I wouldn't choose to go here, also gets pretty busy so go early if you want to grab a table.

It’s just another great branch of pizza pilgrims, I love the layout and the decor.Also was fairly quiet when we visited in the early afternoon on Friday.One of the best pizza in the town!!!
