Good price, good service have used them a couple of times but this recent time I was sent an email saying there is a new dent... after ringing head office and looking carefully at the photos from when I picked the van up the dent is clearly there and should have been recorded clearly.Was worried that I'd have to pay extra for a dent that was there in the first place.Unnecessary.

We dealt with choice this weekend. Absolutely astonishing service. The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. Ps the dog was so cute! The lad who then inspected our van was so helpful and professional.Would 100% reccomend for a stress free vehicle rental. These guys went above and beyond.Thanks team! :)

They have kept £400 in deposit fees from two separate van hires, they have said that they have sent both deposits back, but my bank says otherwise and the banks investigating.Its now been almost a month when it should have taken 3-5 days to receive the deposits back.Use caution when offering to pay such a large deposit for a day hire.I've made a complaint with no current response.

Slap a charge for damage which was already on vehicle. Chap took before and after pics from afar which show no marks. Then takes another one on return close up, took £400 for damage, bad customer service unwilling to provide close ups of car before rental… definitely cowboys ready to add extra charges… avoid at all costs!!!
