I clearly told the lady to give me natural eyelashes, first she put black toilet brush bristles. I explained that this wasn’t what I asked for, and so she removed them. I wanted to leave but she persuaded me to get the natural eyelashes ones she had. She told me it would last a minimum of 3 weeks, maybe four. It’s only been a few days and nearly all the eyelashes are off. I really regret coming to your salon. You literally just ripped off my money, and people should know how much of a scam this is. And instead of giving me a refund, they are asking me to come back so they can reapply. Talk about terrible customer service. If you don’t want to waste £40 then I suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

Golly gosh! Been going here for years today if I was a weak person I would’ve cried. Absolute joke! Shabanu (not sure of spelling) will take off all your eyebrows doing the complete opposite of what was asked before she started. Then told me to wear pencil to make them thick! I’ve never had a problem with my requests as I always tell them to leave a line to keep the thickness. My face now feels bald. I’m waiting for the manager to return my calls but definitely won’t visit here again!

Was seen by Firdaus - absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable for my first time Hollywood wax and she spoke me through it all. She was very informative and she knew what she was doing! She is the best I’ve ever had for waxing services.

Such an amazing first time experience, started at 10 finished at 12:40, dashida really took her time with my fully body massage and facial cleansing, she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable consistently. I had my first Brazilian and she made sure I wasn’t in too much pain and that I knew what was happening, she also made sure I was covered when other customers came and made sure I was prioritised. I wish my massage went on forever I miss it already. Will 100% be back they just earned a loyal customer!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! i had my eyelashes done on the wednesday paid £70 and they fell out within 48hrs, the lady told me i had to pay £45 for another set!! which she then proceeded to do after she told me that the glue doesnt dry good in the heat, she refused to put th AC on and said it was because the tempature gets hotter later on in the day!!! the lady did not pacth test me or even suggest doing my lashes another day as my eyes were sore, she continued to put the lashes on (clusters) even though i paid for individuals with no tape under my eye!! the glue was going into my eye and she told me to stop moaning she has other clients, she left me in the room with my eyes constantly running tears and sweating to do eyebrows, my eyes were so sore i couldnt ven shut them. i got home and within 3hours my eyelashes were dropping out in clumps and i had burns on my eyelids, i now have to use a steroid cream to clear up the damage from there SUPER GLUE she put on my eyes. she refused me and refund and i asked for her insurance details and she couldnt understand me, and told me it was her sisters shop. i asked for her sisters number and contact email and she gave me a falase number with a man answering it. she told me her sister would be in on 16.9.2023 and to call and speak with here, when i called she told me she is busy and not coming in unless she has laser appointments booked!! i asked for her number again and she gave me a number which is too short and hung up on me and hasnt answered the phone again!!! i am taking this to the papers and trading standards as so many people have had this problem and she is working illegally with no insurance providing services that require PATCH testing to make sure a client is not allergic to there products!! staff are so rude and money hungry!!

Lovely women, professional and is very knowledgeable. I had one incident where the eyebrow tint went abit wrong , the lady offered to fix it (which wasn’t hard it just needed some more tint on one eyebrow) but I had to go to my eyelash appointment and couldn’t be late so couldn’t be fixed. All in all, a very good salon and excellent service

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . Asked for eyebrows thread and tint, and she put the tint the before threading, I just thought it was a different technique, few days later when the tint started fading it started exposing how much she had messed my natural thick eyebrows, also did individual eyelashes, and my eyes were really itchy as well as swallow eyelid, after less than week had to take them out and when taking them out every individual eyelash was full of glue, showing the poor job done.

Fantastic service by the ladies. I went there twice to do my eyebrows and my eyelash extensions and the result was amazing!!!! I received lots of compliments. The staffs were really friendly and very welcoming. 5/5 would recommend it.

Do not go here!! I woke up with swollen eyelids and crying in pain due to the lash extensions being attached to my actual skin! They used way too much glue, you can see clumps of white and only bothered sticking any lashes to the top layer, she ripped my bottom lashes out too. I asked for my money back and for them to be removed. She’s now not replying to my messages. I’ve had to pay someone else to get them removed and a whole new set, costing me way over £100. I told her I have a holiday in 2 days and she still didn’t reply, seems she doesn’t care

One star is too kind. I came today into this salon after it being recommended by a friend of mine. I wanted my eyebrows threaded and tinted. However the experience was horrifying. I ended up with eyebrows size of my forehead. I asked for light eyebrows but instead got black eyebrows. They were literal caterpillars. I nearly cried in the salon as I’m flying to Spain, and the lady who also blamed everything on me, made me pay 20 pounds which was horrific. I’ve learnt my lesson which is to check the reviews before I go to another salon. Very unprofessional.
