Kayleigh was brilliant with her advice on books(and I did ask A LOT of questions), to keeping in contact about my order. And when there was a problem with one of the books, this was sorted straight away and we received a replacement a few days later without extra charge. The extra touches added into the Christmas Eve box we ordered we lovely. We can’t wait to give our son his new books at Christmas. Thank you again for such a great service.
