When ya no were to go and who to see easy but as a first time experience clueless as not many buildings just allow you to reverse on a bay and walk into food unload warehouse before you actually speak to someone gate house guy just says go round to building then number doesn't tell you you have to put yourself on a bay walk round side of building into a door with no indication whats in there just so you can tell them your on bay few more signs or a goods in office would help

Security guys were good, but a shunter driver was rude when I said that someone else had asked me to follow them to where the bays were.The site is located at the bottom end of the road and it looks like you're going into a dead end but once in, the site is very long and very dark at the bottom end where, the bays were and there were no signs to follow either. I was told that they haven't picked the load and it would be a couple of hours or more which meant sitting in the dark inside my unit for 3 hours in the end without a drivers room, hot drinks or toilets. It wasn't a good experience and I wasn't very happy overall.
