They try to scam you with duties by telling you you need to fill out the value of objects even if you're sending your own stuff to a different address! These are called personal effects" but they don't tell you to put that. The fees were very high!! And they will not deliver your package until they're paid

The astounding failure of DHL is shocking to this day. In fact I don’t really think their services are required anymore, I would suggest all to never use their services.

Boxes are not made to ship laptops. You have to buy a way bigger box and pay more. I know it's not DHL's fault but shipping to South Africa, had to pay import duties even though the laptop was a gift.
