The team at Ryder and Dutton guided us through the application process for our new home.We live 300 miles away so there were some logistical challenges but the team - especially Lizzie - couldn’t have been more reassuring, friendly and helpful.Communication was first rate throughout with emails and calls answered quickly. We were given regular updates.Thank you to all for making the whole process stress-free.

My husband and I are currently in the process of buying our first home, which is stressful enough without the current market conditions. Nikki and Becky have been fantastic and made securing a mortgage as quick and smooth as possible. They were easy to get in touch with, always got back in touch when requested and were happy to answer all of our questions (and there were many!).Would definitely recommend

My family had a wonderful/kind experience throughout our process with Ryder and Dutton - three kind souls who were relentless in us finding a great home. Samantha, Rachel and Vikkey - we had so many questions, had a bit of trouble dealing with rental checks, they were absolutely fantastic, never mad, no matter what questions we had, they were very happy to answer and helped us all the way, until we got the property. Ryder & Dutton were amazing at helping me to rent a new property. I cannot praise Lucy Crossland enough. I recently purchased a new build through Ryder & Dutton and Lucy was amazing. She went over & above in all areas with a professional but friendly manner. She responded to emails and calls promptly and my many questions never seemed to faze her! I cannot thank her enough for making this experience a good one.
