Ordered 3 pots of honey on Monday 22/12 - it arrived yesterday however one of the pots broke during transit. I reached out to Simply Beeutiful Honey as I knew they'd finished up for Christmas - was not expecting a response till the New Year.They replied within an hour of my email, and this morning i took delivery of my complete order - not just the broken pot (which was all I was expecting).Their honey is delicious, and we gift it to family and friends - the late order was for a top up of a Christmas present.Their attention to detail and their customer service is a credit to them - and I would highly recommend their honeys. (Excited to try the Gingerbread one on Christmas morning)
