Not sure if anything changed but HR used to be the worst!Rather antihuman.When they need to hire people it is just random lottery rather than reading your application form.It seems that the more skilled you are the less chance you have.

The pay is good but if you're new then don't get to comfy because you will be the first one to go plus if you don't drive it's a pain to get to

Been working here for nearly a year and a half, and it’s been good. I agree with the fact that HR aren’t the best, but you barely talk to HR. If you can’t get the number then you can’t get the number. You did what you could. Loads of good people to work alongside, and the money is great. So long as you work hard when you join and prove you’re a good worker, they’ll keep you.

I would body swerve this place like the plague. I had trouble with my mental health during probation period. Instead of telling me in February that I wouldn’t pass my probation period, they waited until my last week to tell me my contract wouldn’t get extended. Management are really bad and have no people skills whatsoever .

I used to work here and had to leave because of health issues. The company and I parted on good terms. I went back for a copy of a medical report I had lost, which I needes for a benefit application. However, I was told I couldn't have any document of any kind, as all personnel information is scrapped after a year due to GPRS." They couldn't or wouldn't even confirm that I had ever worked there

Worked beside some good folk here, problem is management & above, they don't really care that much, target driven work, but don't worry if you can't hit targets or if your lazy, you will definitely get made permanent.
