Some response is quite slow but so far is okay. Some staff at concierge are not quite professional. However, Magdy is very nice ,friendly and professional. Hopefully you can find some staff like him.

Definitely 5☆☆☆☆☆Absolutely luxurious apartments just in the City Centre!Spacious, furnished to a high standard and exceptional cleanliness, couldn't fault anything. Shopping and attractions within walking distance and of course transport by bus or taxi very convenient of this location.The front desk staff (Magdy) is absolutely welcoming, professional and helpful.

The concierge staff are very nice and helpful. Firstly, thanks Manna who had done a great job with the concierge service and followed up my enquiries promptly. That saved me a lot of time.Also thanks Adrian who is very friendly and assisted me with he required tools for some maintenance work.Also Pierre who had briefed me on the resident app in details on the first night I arrived.Finally thanks Lucas who had identified the fire alarm issue and removed the annoying alarm sound.All of them made me feel like home!
