I phoned the office and they are always so helpful. The response was so quick and the driver was lovely. I got notified that the taxi was en route/ when he arrived stating the colour/model and registration of the car

Just rang to book my normal 5.10am taxi for work Sunday morning. Never let me down been using them for nearly a year now. Everyone is always so polite. Only have to mention the time and knows where from and where I am going. Feel safe travelling with them. Thank you so much Wendy.

I pre booked yesterday and the app was very easy to use. Driver arrived promptly and was a lovely chatty guy so the journey was a pleasure. Would definitely use again and they were much cheaper than Uber quoted to pre book!

The journey to my destination was great.The homeward journey was not so good as the driver decided to take the scenic route and bumped up the fare. When asked about it he replied with “ trying to miss the traffic “This added nearly £3 to my fare.I would have given 5 stars if it was about the outward journey.I would still use this company as it’s only the one time I’ve had an issue.

I requested an earlier taxi that was in the school run. They explained really nicely they were unable to book as it was the school run and booked out the next available slot. The taxi turned up early so I could get my earlier train. It worked out well and I prefer getting a registered taxi!
