Just got my NEW Puma ST from Steve at the Livingston dealership and he was brilliant, made it so easy with our handover and great customer experience. We had a great experience from the start when we called in and spoke to the customer experience team who were lovely and they then put me through to steve, we also briefly dealt with the manager Gordon and he was such a lovely guy.

Had a great experience with People's Livingston branch. On our first visit we were left to have a wander for a bit before being approached by Zoe to see if she could help. Zoe helped us narrow down options and decide on the model we wanted. We then went to the Edinburgh and Falkirk branches to see what was available. The staff at the other branches were nice but the customer experience at the other branches was below par, especially compared to Livingston. We went home and found a car at the Liverpool branch but decided to go with Zoe and ask for the car to be brought up to the Livingston branch and from that moment on the whole process was easy and Zoe took care of everything. Picked up the car today and Zoe had everything in hand so we basically just turned up, completed paperwork and drove off. We never felt we were being given the hard sell and were left to make our own decisions. All staff we had contact with were friendly and personable which made the whole process a joy. Hoping I don't need a new car for a while but wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend this branch and Zoe in the future. Thank you ❤️
