The decline of my once-reliable dental practice, under the skilful care of Dr. Chris Lee, has reached a disheartening low since a change in management. While Dr. Lee's expertise as a dentist remains commendable, the behaviour of the practice manager has left me with a distinctly sour taste in my mouth.A recent incident perfectly illustrates the deteriorating state of affairs. As I embarked on my journey to the practice for my scheduled appointment, I unwittingly stumbled into a bewildering labyrinth of one-way streets—an unexpected and confounding predicament. Unable to navigate this treacherous road network, I found myself stranded and increasingly frustrated.Seeking guidance and support, I reached out to the practice for assistance. Alas, my hopes were swiftly dashed as I encountered receptionists who were ill-equipped to provide any meaningful help. Instead of offering clear directions to extricate me from my predicament, they regrettably informed me that the practice's postcode was incompatible with the mighty Google Maps. Oh, the profound irony of being lost in the digital age!But the saga of incompetence and exasperation does not end there. To compound my mounting frustration, the practice manager decided to make an appearance, exuding an air of unwarranted superiority. Instead of offering practical solutions or extending a modicum of empathy, this haughty figure promptly deflected blame onto me, insinuating that the responsibility of finding my way to the practice lay solely on my shoulders. And as if orchestrating a grand display of their authority, the condescending practice manager pulled out the dreaded zero tolerance policy" and proceeded to read it out to me over the phone

The Dentist and Dental nurses here are very helpful, kind and try to get you to the best possible outcome. Dr A Kaur however is quite argumentative and unempathetic regardless of whether you are in pain or not. She doesn't listen. You are better off seeing any of the other dentists at the surgery.

I have been with this practice for about 40 years. I have never had cause to complain. Caring and compassionate always put you at ease. Many years ago I had a road accident and lost my front teeth,I came to get treatment and after as I was leaving,I spotted myself in the mirror. I got upset as my mouth /gums were swollen and it looked like my plate was protruding. One of the lovely dental nurses actually took me home in her car,so I didn't have to go on the bus looking the way I did.Throughout the years I have recommended this practice. Definitely 5 star treatment whether you pay or not( I have done both).Cant fault this practice at all.Thankyou

A few years back I had done a filling with Mr. Young i believe his name was. I'm really gutted i never went back to complain but he left me with a filling that was only half filled leaving the rest exposed which resulted in breaking of half of my theeth because of the pressure from eating. That man was unfriendly from the start and I had a bad feeling about him wish i went back to have it re-done.

Fantastic experience I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to my anxiety and was instantly put at ease by everyone from the receptionists to dentists. Everything was done at my pace and was explained to me beforehand. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

I received NHS treatment for a few teeth cavities, check-ups and fillings, and I must say that Dr Nasreen Uddin was the best dentist I have ever seen in Coventry. Dr Nasreen, along with the entire team, provided an outstanding level of care and service that was consistent throughout my visits.From the receptionists to the dental nurses and the doctor, everyone was knowledgeable and approachable, which made me feel at ease during my appointments. I recently had an appointment at Bupa Dental Practice. I was greeted by very helpful reception staff and the manager, who seemed to be very friendly and welcoming.My visit to Bupa Dental Practice was great. My dentist Sindhu was really helpful and informative. Gave me a lot of info regarding Invisalign. Looking forward to my new smile.Great dental practice.

Took my money for an implant and crown (I originally just wanted a standard NHS appointment). Within a week of the procedure the screw came out and the aftercare that followed was both unsupportive and depressing. I still have part of an implant in my mouth (which has healed) they also have hold of my money that I had to pay up front for a crown.The manager will argue with you, they’ll cancel and move appointments with little to no notice. I’ve spent £4000 with this practice and all I have to show for it is an extraction that I originally hoped the NHS would do as I was on maternity leave! (I had to pay private apparently!). I’m sadly still paying my family back for something that didn’t work!

This Dental centre gave me the most easy and painless experience I have ever had at a dentist's.I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad teeth from when I was younger and that, of course only worsened the issue. I got an appointment within 1 week. My dentist, Dr Uddin, was professional and friendly so I was not as worried.My dentist thoroughly checked my teeth and made a comprehensive dental plan that was adjusted to my level of comfort by my request. I was made to feel comfortable and I felt my dentist actually cared about getting the best outcome for my dental health.I cannot recommend this practice enough for high quality healthcare and treatment for patients.
