Don't bother with this place people, not even worth one star.Got let down twice, and had to go private.Thing is about this place, they book you an appointment then let you down a week later.Had been suffering from a blocked ear for almost a month, was advised to go here by my GP but was a waste of time.The staff are not really helpful here either, and spent about an hour on the phone to the call centre as the staff at the Chesterfield store said they couldn't make an appointment.Wasted half my phone credit too, then told no appointments until December.So decided to go Private, yes it cost a bit, but the service was better, got it done within two days of phoning up, the staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome and got the job done.I give this place 0 out of 10.

Good back up service for quite expensive but very good hearing aids
