Being complete novices to logos and branding we were hoping to find someone who could hold our hand through the process and Tom was absolutely brilliant.He was very patient, generous with his time and always very quick to answer any queries and concerns along the way.Huge thank you for getting us up and going!!

We had a website that was terribly out of date and Virens came to our rescue! We now have a fantastic website that is much cleaner to look at and really good navigation. The team at Virens were really helpful to deal with and actioned all of our changes extremely quickly. We are pleased to be able to continue working with them as they are happy to help us with future updates to the pages.

I recently lost access to my Facebook Business Page, and Group Admin, due to a technical glitch I had with my iPad, while in the middle of changing over the Admin from one profile to another in Meta Business Suite. Which resulted in me having no profile to manage the page, or access, even though I could still see it.I tried contacting Facebook for help and support, without any success, and none of the online help was much use either, as it was all geared up to accounts which had been hacked, which wasn’t the case for me.I shared my plight on my Instagram account and luckily for me, Tom saw my post and reached out to me.I made contact with Tom, to see if he could help, knowing it was going to be a long shot, and I’m pleased to say that Tom did indeed succeed in helping me get it back and Virens certainly saved the day.I was given the time and support that was needed, in what turned out to be quite a tricky situation, and I’d have no hesitation in using Virens again, and certainly will recommend them to anyone else who needs help and support with their Social Media, especially if they are a small business owner. Or if they are looking at starting a business, and want to create a website as well, then I think you will solve yourself a lot of stress, if you have a chat to Tom in the first place.
